Ingredients:
  • 500g pork sukiyaki
  • 4 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoon wine
  • 1 ½ fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon crushed chili
Procedure:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pepper, wine , fish sauce, orange marmalade, sugar, and minced garlic.
  1. Add pork sukiyaki and onion into the mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add cooking oil.
  1. Add the marinated pork sukiyaki and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the green onions and crushed chili. Cook for another 1 minute and remove from heat.
  1. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with sesame seeds, and a tiny bit of sesame oil. Best served hot!
