• 1 cup sliced mushroom
  • 2 pcs sliced onion
  • 5 pcs bell pepper
  • 1 pc broccoli
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cheese
  • 1pc chopped parsley
  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  1. Roll out pie dough in a 9 inch pie plate. Place dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  1. Place a parchment paper over the pie dough. Add beans and bake for 20 minutes. Remove parchment paper and beans. Return into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Set aside.
  1.  Slice mushroom, onions, bell peppers and broccoli. Set aside.
  1. In a large pan, cook bacon for 7 minutes. Set aside.
  1. Using the same pan, add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. 
  1. In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper..
  1. In the pie plate, add cheese, cooked veggies, bacon and half of the egg mixture. Repeat the layer and fill with the egg mixture. 
  1. Return to the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with parsley.
