Ingredients List
  • 500g SM Bonus pork chop
  • 1 tablespoon UFC golden fiesta palm oil
  • 3 - 4 tablespoon Datu Puti soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon UFC garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil 
  • 2 tablespoon UFC banana catsup
  • 1 tablespoon calamansi juice 
  • ½ cup UFC pieces and stems mushrooms
  • ½ cup UFC coconut cream
  • 1/3 to ½ cup chicken/pork stock 
  • 1 tablespoon paprika 
  • 1 teaspoon UFC iodized salt
  • 1 teaspoon UFC ground pepper
  • ½ cup UFC whole corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon spring onions, sliced
  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic powder, dried basil, banana catsup and calamansi juice. Add pork and marinate for 30 minutes.   
  1. Using a pan, add palm oil and mushrooms. Stir fry and set aside. 
  1. In the same pan, cook marinated pork for 5 minutes each side. Add coconut cream, chicken/pork stock, soy sauce, paprika, salt and pepper.
  1. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until pork is tender, stirring occasionally.  Add cooked mushrooms. 
  1. Garnish with whole corn kernels and spring onions. Serve!
