Ingredients:
  • 500g pork butterfly
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2 minced garlic
Procedure:
  1. Season pork with salt, pepper and paprika.
  1. In a large pan, heat butter and oil, sear each side of pork until golden brown.
  1. Using the same pan, add butter and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
  1. Add butter and chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper and wait until onions are tender. Put garlic and sauté for 30 seconds stirring frequently.
  1. Add flour, chicken broth, hot sauce, whipping cream, salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Add pork in the pan and allow sauce to cover the pork. Simmer for 10 minutes.
