• Bounty Fresh Chicken Giniling
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • ½ cup carrots (chopped)
  • 1 cup onions (chopped)
  • 1 large Bounty Fresh Premium Egg
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Lumpia wrappers
  • 1-2 tbsp water

  1. Season the Bounty Fresh Chicken Giniling with salt and pepper. Add in the carrots, onions, egg, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Mixed altogether until well blended.
  1. Place 2 to 3 tbsp of filling at one end of the lumpia wrapper and roll until the middle. Fold the sides inwards and roll-up until completely wrapped. Wet the edges of the lumpia wrapper with water to seal.
  1. In a pan at medium heat, add enough oil to deep fry the lumpia.
  1. Fry each side of the lumpia for 5 -7 minutes each or until golden brown.
  1. Place these on a rack or kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.
  1. Serve hot and enjoy!
