  1. In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey, and lemon juice. Sear lemon slices to intensify flavor. Set aside.
  1. Sprinkle sea salt and a touch of fresh black pepper to the Bounty Fresh Free Range Chicken or Bounty Fresh Young & Tender Chicken. Sear each piece well or until the skin is done to your liking.
  1. Once done, remove the Bounty Fresh Free Range Chicken or the Bounty Fresh Young & Tender Chicken from the pan and rest on a plate.
  1. In the same pan, add in diced onion and diced garlic. Saute on medium heat until soft. Add in the mustard mixture. When it stops sizzling, add the chicken back to the pan and cook through for about 30-40 minutes. Finish by mixing in a dollop of cream at the end.
  1. Plate with seared lemon slices. Enjoy!
