Ingredients:
  • 900g burger patties
  • 1/2  teaspoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • pinch of ground black pepper
  • cheese
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 whole tomatoes
Procedure:
  1. In a medium size pan, add butter and burger patties. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  1. Using the same pan, add onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes.
  1. Add cooked burger steak in the pan. Cover and turn heat down to low. Cook for 10 minutes.
  1. Add sliced cheese on top of hamburger steak. Best served with pasta.
