• 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced into 1/2" coins
  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  1. In a blender, combine milk, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs and melted butter. Blend until mixture is smooth and foamy. 
  1. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with butter. Add about one-quarter to one-third cup batter and swirl the batter to completely cover bottom of skillet. Cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom of the crepe is golden.
  1. Using a spatula, loosen the edge of the crepe then flip quickly. Cook for another 1 minute. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the pan as necessary.
  1. Fold crepes into quarters. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with banana slices.
