• 1kg chicken nuggets 
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery 
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 1 cup rice
  • mayonnaise
  1. Cook chicken nuggets according to package directions. Set aside.
  1. Cut carrot and celery stalk into 4 inch matchsticks. Set aside.
  1. In a bowl, mix chicken nuggets and hot pepper sauce. Toss to coat chicken nuggets.
  1. Place nori sheet on a bamboo sushi rolling mat then spread rice to the nori. Leave 1/2 inch strip on one edge.
  1. Arrange nuggets, carrot and celery near the one edge of the rice.
  1. Use the mat to lift the edge near the filling and roll tightly around the ingredients.
  1. Moisten the remaining edge of the nori to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
  1. Cut each roll into 8 slices and top with your choice of mayonnaise or sushi dip.
