• 500g beef cubes
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 mushrooms caps
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  1. In a large bowl, mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, beef cubes and mushroom caps. Coat evenly in the sauce. Marinade in the refrigerator overnight.
  1. Preheat the grill and oil the grate.
  1. Remove beef and mushrooms from marinade. Using a small saucepan, pour the marinated beef and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  1. Prepare green bell peppers, red bell peppers and onion then cut into chunks.
  1. Thread the green and red bell peppers, beef cubes, mushrooms and onion onto metal skewers.
  1. Cooked skewers on a preheated grill for 15 minutes.
