Ingredients List
  • 500g beef cubes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Chives
  • 500g pasta

For the Beef Goulash

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  1. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil. Add beef cubes and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl.
  1. Using the same pan, cook chopped onions until tender.
  1. Stir in paprika, flour, diced tomatoes and beef broth. Return beef back to the pan and bring to a boil. Transfer to the oven for 2 hours.
  1. Garnish with fresh chives.

For the Pasta

  1. Using a large pot, boil 3 cups of water. Add oil and salt.
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  1. Serve with cooked beef goulash.
