• 500g fish fillet
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  1. Preheat the oven at 375°F.
  1. In a baking dish, line the baking sheet with foil. Add fish fillet, salt, pepper and parsley.
  1. Using a small bowl, add melted butter, lemon juice and minced garlic. Pour the lemon sauce on top of the fish fillet.
  1. Baked for 25 minutes. Baste with sauce while cooking.
