Rain or Shine is self-priming water based waterproofing paint for exterior and interior concrete surfaces. It dries into a flexible film which is resistant to ultra-violet light and temperature variations. It can bridge hairline cracks of vertical concrete walls. It has excellent adhesion to well-prepared concrete surfaces.
