TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- For every purchase of a Black Panther T-shirt from SM Boy's Teens Wear Department, customer shall be given one (1) raffle coupon.
- The promo will run from October 10 to October 30, 2022 in the following SM Store Branches: North EDSA, Aura, Mall of Asia, Megamall, SM Estancia, East Ortigas, Makati, Southmall, Sucat, Bicutan, Manila, BF Paranaque, Araneta City (Cubao), San Lazaro, Fairview, Grand Central, Novaliches, Taytay, Masinag, Sta. Mesa, Marikina, and Bacoor.
- Customer shall fill out the stub with complete name, address, contact number, email address, affix signature, and drop in drop boxes located at the customer service of SM Youth Department.
- Each winner will get four (4) invites to the special screening of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on November 12, 2022 at the IMAX Theater of SM Mall of Asia.
- There will be 90 raffle winners in this promo.
- Deadline of submission of entries is at the closing time of the SM Store branch on October 30, 2022.
- Raffle draw date will be on November 2, 2022, 3PM at the SM Retail HQ Building, J. W. Diokno Boulevard, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City in the Presence of a DTI and Wearable MBC Inc. representatives.
- Prizes are transferable but NOT convertible to CASH.
- Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize. Shopper may only win ONCE.
- Prizes may be claimed at the SM HQ Bldg. J.W. Diokno Boulevard, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City until 6PM of November 8, 2022.
- Prizes also may be claimed at the lobby of the IMAX Theater, SM MOA on November 12, 2022 from 2PM to 5PM or until screening time.
- Winners must bring two (2) valid government IDs (Driver’s License, SSS Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN), the winning raffle stub, and notification letter, etc. In the event that the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf provided that the representative brings the following:
- Authorization letter from the winner
- Photocopy of two (2) valid government issued IDs of both the winner and the representative
- Original copy of the notification letter
- Winning raffle stub
- Employees of Wearable MBC Inc. - SM Store, its Affiliates, and all its sister subsidiary companies, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their families and relatives and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promo.
- SM Store may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winner as they deem appropriate.
