How can I track my order?
You can view the current status of your order/s with us on My Account > My Orders. Get the tracking number and refer to the table below on where to check. Further tracking of delivery can be done through the courier partner’s website.

May I get a call prior to delivery?
We are unable to provide a call prior to your delivery. However, ShopSM will inform you via email when your order has been released to our courier partners. Our courier partners also endeavor to send you an SMS prior to delivery, when possible. Please be sure your mobile number is accurate both in your profile and the shipping details to ensure timely receipt of any notices from us or our courier partners.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
Most of our courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday, barring any unforeseen events that might delay deliveries.
What if I am not at home or cannot personally receive my order?
If you or the recipient name indicated in the order are not around to personally receive the order, you can authorize another person to receive the order on behalf of the addressee. Just be sure to prepare a signed authorization letter and a photocopy of a government ID, so your authorized representative can receive the items on your behalf.
The order is said to be delivered but I have not received anything?
