Why is my free shipping voucher not applying?
Certain vouchers have additional restrictions that are stated on promotion materials and/or our website and app. Possible reasons are:
1) Your order does not meet the minimum spend criteria.
2) The shipping fee of your order went over the voucher's free shipping cap.
3) Your account may not be eligible for the voucher's requirements
Why am I not getting partial discount off my shipping fee totals? I still have to pay for the full shipping amount.
Our free shipping promotions are actual FREE shipping. We provide free shipping to orders with actual shipping fee that are worth P150 or less. We do not give partial shipping fee discounts. If the shipping fee of your order exceeds the discount cap of P150, the voucher cannot apply.
Ex. If your shipping fee total is P199, you will be unable to avail of the promo, since your total shipping fee is greater than P150.
