First, the 5 stars is for the item itself. It was well packed, item is good. What I really dont like is the delivery partner which is 2GO. I really had a bad experience with them. I waited for my item for about 2weeks! then they will tagged it as unsuccessful delivery due to the house cannot be found?! like WTF?! They didnt even call me where exactly our house is located. I even called their customer service to  report the incident, thank God after 3days it arrived. If there's a suggestion i could make, please SM provide us with variety of couriers we can choose from, not just 2GO coz they're very unreliable!
