Pretty bad.
We purchased this item online, I trusted the brand so much because it's a high value product, so I didn't check the package upon collection at SM CITY NORTH EDSA. But when I unboxed it, it's a used item! It has batter/cream left on the silver plating! I emailed and a reply from customer service saying that i should reach out shopsm. Shopsm just replied the guidelines for returns, what a complete hassle and disappointment. in the end, I wasn't able to return it because the item is urgently needed. Plus, it overheats easily. completely used item .

Wrong color delivered
Very disappointed, item delivered was ruby red and it's not even available on the site! I couldn't get a custom service support to discuss this matter with.
